WELCOME

I enjoy working in a "Realtor consultant" capacity with my clients by listening to their needs and concerns, while at the same time giving them options, advice, and my opinion based on a background of 13 years as a licensed Realtor with experience in 425+ transactions as a buyer's agent, seller's agent, landlord,  and rehabber, to guide them to a decision that is best for them. I utilize the latest technology, market research, and business strategies, and pride myself on handling all of the details of a transaction from the beginning to the end so that the entire process is enjoyable and stress-free for my clients. My ultimate goal with each client is to create a lifetime relationship built on trust and mutual respect.

I am a life-long Memphian and graduated from White Station High School and then the University of Tennessee, Memphis with a degree in physical therapy. I enjoyed a previous career in healthcare as a licensed physical therapist, and obtained my real estate license in 1998. I am a full-time residential Realtor as well as a real estate investor. I personally own and manage rental property, and am experienced in "flipping houses," which has enabled me to learn many creative financing strategies and build a team of quality, reliable contractors and professionals in a variety of areas.

I have focused my career on staying informed and up-to-date on education, and have obtained the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations. I am currently working towards completing the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

I am a member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, a lifetime member of the Realtor's Multi-Million Dollar Club,  the Public Safety Education Commission for the City of Germantown (2007), the Beautification Commission for the City of Germantown (2008), alumni of the Leadership Germantown class of 2007, and was elected Corresponding Secretary for the Multi-Million Dollar Club for 2010.
